Its unclear at what point the teacher invoked the religion argument.


The student (he/she/whatever) approached him and mentions that "he has his religion" which makes you think it had come up when they discussed agreeing to use male pronouns in English and French. Also in a five hour hearing it must have come up. Maybe lawyer just thinks thats the best argument to win the case. Recent Supreme Court ruling cracks the door......
